Its quite heartening to share that Nandini Maharaj has secured 42nd All India Rank in prestigious Civil Services, 2019.
It’s amazing to find youngsters like Nandini , who are so conscious about their social responsibilities. Not only did Nandini participate in educational sessions for Blue Pen kids, but also she came up with brilliant idea of having rotating library among Blue Pen Kids, so that maximum flyover kids can benefit out of limited resources. Nandini had donated lot many of her own books for said purpose.
I will like to further share that Nandini is worthy daughter of two amazing civil servants, Mr Raj Kumar Maharaj, IPoS:87 (presently posted as PMG Delhi) and Mrs Suchitra Sharma, IRS:87 (presently posted as CVO GAIL). I had opportunity of working with both of them and their simplicity and brilliance has always left me amazed.
On behalf of Blue Pen kids and volunteers, I would like to once again congratulate Nandini and her proud parents. We wish best for her future career.
It’s simply great for youngsters like Nandini, who are socially responsible from such young age, to actually join steel framework of India. Even after 25 years of economic liberalisation of Country, Indian Bureaucracy continues to remain relevant, as social welfare and unequal distribution of national resources remain challenging. I have no reason to believe that such situation will change in foreseeable future.
